Rachel Krausman
Co-founder and Partner
Rachel is a seasoned social impact professional who thrives at the intersection of complex problems, stakeholders with divergent interests, and organizations with the power to do more good for more people. Throughout her career, she and her teams have developed and grown programs to national scale for some of the country’s largest non-profit organizations, prioritizing client voice and outcomes.
Rachel is particularly passionate about eliminating poverty, food security and justice, racial equity, mental health, and suicide prevention, and she is always looking to learn more about the issues and barriers that hold people back from success and well-being. She enjoys collaborating with and enabling diverse, passionate individuals who are driven to do good for others authentically and boldly.
Rachel lives on the coast of southern Maine where she enjoys reading, summer beach days, and hiking with her dog, Aoife, and wife, Maggie.
Maggie Bertram
Co-founder and Partner
Maggie is a lifelong educator, talent development professional, and leadership coach. Her career spans secondary and higher education, nonprofit, and corporate roles all focused on developing and optimizing human performance. Throughout her career, Maggie has developed programs and curricula that set the learner at the heart of the experience–whether in a live or virual classroom, team meeting, or one-to-one coaching session.
Maggie is happiest when she’s optimizing leaders’ ability to grow and nurture their teams. She does this through a mixture of one-to-one leader coaching, cohort learning experiences, and bespoke training programs to suit the needs of leaders, teams, and organizations. Her coaching practice thrives in the “messy middle” with front-line and mid-level people leaders, with a focus on leaders from underrepresented groups.
Maggie lives on the coast of southern Maine where she enjoys going to hear live music, fall and winter beach days, and hiking with her dog, Aoife, and wife, Rachel.
